Public water and sewer providers such as the Morrisville Municipal Authority (MMA) are required by law to notify our customers in the event of emergencies related to your water service.

Regulations published by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) require that customers be notified by the most efficient direct delivery method(s) possible.  This includes electronic mailing and automatic telephone dialing.

The MMA is a member of “SwiftReach,” a notification network using computerized data and mapping technology.  We also will be using this technology to offer non-emergency, but important, water and sewer system information – such as flushing notices, repair notifications, and the like.

Customer contact information has been entered in the system, but we still need many telephone numbers and, to make the system work best for every customer, we hope you will provide either updated, or additional, contact information.

If you wish to receive notices at additional telephone numbers, or via e-mail, please take a few minutes to update your customer contact information by going to our SwiftReach Customer Portal Page BELOW.

SwiftReach does NOT provide any information to telemarketers.  Their contract with us is to provide only contact information services which we instruct.

If you have any questions about this service, please contact us.
